Scene viewport camera tilts in the Z-Axis when using the Look tool
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "case_1240532" project
2. Open the Scene View
3. In the Scene View, right-click and move your mouse in circles for about 2 minutes
4. Observe the Z-Axis (roll) angle by clicking Custom->EditorCamCheckRoll in the Menu bar
Expected results: Scene viewport camera's Z-Axis rotation is 0
Actual results: Scene viewport camera's Z-Axis rotation is less or more than 0
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16
Notes:
- The tilt can be restored to the default value by clicking on any Scene Gizmo viewing angle
- The viewport camera tilts to the right if you move your mouse in a circle counterclockwise, to the left if clockwise

Resolution Note:
Given the user pain and frequency, plus an easy workaround, marking this "Wont Fix" for now. The next time we are doing work on the Scene View camera I will make a note to see if there is anything to be done.
