Scene view camera snapping back or forward when zooming in while holding the Alt key
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Go to "GameObject> 3D Object > Cube" in the menu bar
3. In the Scene view slowly zoom in towards the created cube while holding any Alt key
Expected result: The Scene view camera gradually gets closer to the cube and eventually ends up inside of it
Actual result: The Scene view camera gradually gets closer to the cube, but occasionally snaps back or forward
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a3, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.2.0a2
Note: Reproducible on Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10
