Handles flicker and become distorted when moving the zoomed out scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Select any GameObject for the Scene Tools to appear
3. Zoom out in the Scene view
4. Move Scene view around and observe the Scene Tool
Actual result: Scene tool flickers and gets distorted
Expected result: Nothing of note happens
Reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5
Reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.2 (M4)
Note: Issue is reproducible with every Scene Tool type
