A new Scene Asset is not created when instantiating a new Scene from template with no dependencies checked
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the top bar menu select Create Scene Bug > Create Scene Bug/Create Scene From Template - Bugged
Expected result: The 'NewSceneBugged.unity' Asset gets created in the Project window
Actual result: The 'NewSceneBugged.unity' Asset doesn't get created, Untitled Scene gets loaded
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f2, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a5
Cannot test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1 (The type or namespace name 'SceneTemplate' does not exist)
