[Scene/Game View] Changing the initial Directional Light to any other type and rotating it affects the skybox and sun position
On changing the light type of the Directional light gameobject initially present in the 'Sample Scene" to point, spot or area and rotating it about the X-axis affects the skybox and ambient lighting and also the position of the sun.
Refer to the attached video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Hierarchy > Directional Light > Inspector > Light Type > Spot/Point/Area
3. Inspector > Transform > Rotate X
Actual Result:
Rotating affects ambient lighting and causes the skybox to render darkness as the sun's position also changes
Expected Result:
Skybox shouldn't be affected by rotating a point, spot or area light
Note:
Only occurs with the initial Directional Light Gameobject present in the Sample Scene
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a4, 2020.1.0b2, 2019.3.6f1, 2018.3.0a10
Working Fine on:
2018.3.0a9, 2018.2.21f1
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.14, 10.15

Resolution Note:
This is not a bug. If you go to the Lighting window (Window>Rendering>Lighting) and open the Environment tab, you might see that there is a Sun Source field (under the Skybox Material). This field allows setting a certain light source in the scene that will use its transform values for the procedural skybox rendering (including the sun position).
By default the Directional Light gameobject is assigned to this field, that's why after changing the light type you could still influence the procedural skybox.
