Scene name does not update in Unity window title bar
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project.
2. Change between "SceneA" and "SceneB"
3. Notice that title bar of Unity window does not change.
Expected result: Title bar changes according to selected Scene.
Actual result: Title bar does not change.
NOTE:
Regression starts from (reproduced on) 5.3.0f1 (b948b362cb65),
but did not reproduced on 5.3.0b6 (46b1550107d8) and 5.4.0a2 (40e6b370febf)
