Scene is coloured in Magneta when opening a Player that was built twice
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "CoreIssue.zip"
2. Run the build.bat
3. Delete the built Project in CoreIssue/BuildSystem/Artifacts
4. Run the build.bat
5. Open the built project in CoreIssue/BuildSystem/Artifacts
Expected result: Default skybox is visible
Actual result: Built Player window is coloured in Magneta
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2020.3.21f1,2021.1.22f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0a1 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2019.4.31f1 (unable to Downgrade the project)
