Scene is always marked as modified when using Layout Group and Content Size Fitter components
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and MX/Networking/NetTestBasic scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, observe the scene header (sometimes Save scene dialogue appears)
Expected result: The header is NetTestBasic
Actual result: The header is NetTestBasic* meaning that the scene is modified
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.16f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4
