Scene.isSubScene flag does not persist for currently opened Scenes when the Editor is restarted
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “SubSceneTest.zip” project
2. Open the "MainScene.unity" Scene
3. Select "GameObject" GameObject from the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector right-click the "Sub Scene Test (Script)" component and click 'Open'
5. Restart the Editor
Expected result: The SubScene Scene is not visible in the Hierarchy
Actual result: The SubScene Scene has appeared in the Hierarchy
Reproducible with: 2020.3.28f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a4, 2022.2.0a9
