Scene causes Editor crash when specific Lighting Data Asset is used

How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project 'tudien.zip'
2. Open the project

Expected result: Project is opened in Editor
Actual result: Editor crashes:

#2 0x000001043bea0a in CreateSceneObjectIdentifier(Object const*, UnityGUID&, SceneObjectIdentifier&)

#4 0x00000104ac5adc in LightingDataAsset::PatchIntoSceneLoad(LightmapSettings&, RenderSettings&, AwakeFromLoadQueue const*, RemapLightmapIndex*, RemapLightmapIndex*)

macOS 12.2 (Intel)

Notes:
- Editor does not crash if faulty Scene is not opened on launch (when deleting Library folder) but it will freeze when trying to open that Scene
