Scene Build Index can't be found from test runner
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Open test Runner window
3. Run SceneTest test
4. Observe console
Expected result: Build index is printed in a console, which is 0 for the current scene.
Actual result: -1 is printed in the console.
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.1.0b6, 2021.2.10f1, 2021.1.28f1.
