Scaling rigidbodies with offset child colliders produces unstable results
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "674588Collider.zip"
2. Open and Play "Test" scene
3. Press B and V to scale the Cube
4. Notice the cube hops and jitters, especially if you scale up and down rapidly.

We're waiting on this fix as well. When will PhysX 3.4 be integrated?

The "jitter" also becomes progressively worse over time. This is game breaking for my project. Please fix!
