[ScaleFactor] animation changes drastically when Scale factor of the mesh is changed from 100 to any other value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open "test" scene.
3. Disable "eff_skill_001a" game object in the hierarchy.
4. Play the scene.
5. Notice how the animation looks(GIF attached).
6. Select "eff_skill_052a" in the projects tab asset folder.
7. Go to "Model" tab in the inspector.
8. Change "Scale Factor" value form 99 to 100.
9. Play the scene again
10. Notice how the animation looks.
