"Scale" is not disconnected from prefab upon instantiation
Steps to reproduce :
- import the project attached
- create a cube in the Hierarchy
- drag it to the project browser to make it a prefab
- select the prefab
- go to Test > Instantiate Prefab and notice the scale of the cube in the scene
