Saving with shortcut whilst Shader Graph Window is focused saves Scene instead of Shader Graph Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project with Shader Graph added
2. Create and modify a Shader Graph
3. Click Ctrl+S or other saving shortcut
Expected result: Shader Graph Asset is saved, like any other Asset with its editor window open
Actual result: Saving saves Scene instead of Shader Graph Asset and the only way to save Asset is to click "Save Asset" in the Shader Graph Editor
Reproducible with: 10.10.1, 12.1.11, 14.0.7, 15.0.5, 16.0.1 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a11)

Resolution Note (12.1.X):
Shortcut functionality is unfortunately lacking in this version on Unity. The fix is in for all future versions.
