RuntimeInitializeOnLoadMethodAttribute not invoked if class is generic
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Enter play mode
3. Methods are invoked as expeted. "OnBeforeSceneLoaded" and "OnAfterSceneLoaded" is printed to the console
4. Remove comment from line 1 to use generic class
5. Enter Play mode again
6. Methods are not invoked. No Output to console window
Expected result: RuntimeInitializeOnLoadMethodAttribute should be invoked if class is generic

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
