Ruby's Adventure 2D Beginner project Scene View is in 3D orientation instead of 2D
How to reproduce:
1. Open Hub by double-clicking on Unity.exe
2. Navigate to Learn
3. Download Ruby's Adventure: 2D Beginner project
4. Open it
5. Observe the Packages and the Scene View
Expected result: all the 2D packages are installed, the Scene View orientation is 2D
Actual result: all the 2D packages are installed, the Scene View orientation is 3D
Reproducible with: 2019.3.13f1, 2020.2.0a16
Hub: 2.3.2

Enabling 2D mode puts the camera into platforming mode, i.e. it points at the horizon, not the ground. Importing an asset does not create a Texture Type Sprite, like the walkthrough says it will. Clearly there is a lot more configuration missing than can be fixed by just "enable 2D mode". This is quite disheartening for a beginner :(
If the Hub learn project cannot be fixed to be 2D, perhaps it should be deleted + the instructions rewritten to walk through creating a new 2D project instead?

Resolution Note:
The package has been updated to include the 2D packages. Unfortunately Hub learn projects default to 3D orientation, but users can make a 2D Project and import Ruby Assets from the Asset Store. We've added a line in the tutorial telling users to enable 2D Mode also.
