Rigidbody/Rigidbody2D Contraints are hidden in debug mode
To reproduce:
1. Start a new project.
2. Create a new game object.
3. Add a Rigidbody or Rigidbody2D to the game object.
4. Set the Inspector to Debug mode.
5. Note the Constraints options are inaccessible.
