Rigidbody sitting on constrained rigidbody is constantly moving
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project 'case_794215-Bug'
2. Open the available scene
3. Play scene
4. Observe the cube in scene view, the cube is slowly sliding
Note: Enabling 'Is Kinematic' in 'Ground' avoids the issue
Note: Toggling gravity in 'Ground' also affects the cube
