Rigidbody is able to spin around "frozen rotations" if object is not symmetrical
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "PhysicsConstraints.zip".
2. Select "CubeMan" in hierarchy.
3. Play "test" scene.
4. After looking at what's going on in the scene. Stop it.
5. Disable "OpenThis" object, which is in CubeMan -> OpenThis.
6. Play scene again. Now "CubeMan" spins only around Y axis.
Expected result: Object can only spin around Y axis, when other rotations are frozen.
Actual result: If object is not symmetrical it can still spin around other axis.
Reproducible with: 5.2.3f1, 5.3.6f1, 5.4.2f2, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a5
