[BoxCollider] Secondary collider breaks Rigidbody constraints

To reproduce the bug follow the steps
1. Open "UE15TD-17-6-15" project
2. Open "Main" scene
3. Play scene
4. Take a look at the 'Tank' when crashing it into the wall using W and S keys
5. You will notice the tank starts wobbling after the collision though constrains are set
6. Replay scene, but switch of "Tank Turret" GameObject BoxCollider
7. After colliding the wall tank does not start wobbling

I've also attached screenshot to show the difference between two cases
