Rich Text tags are not recognized when using custom GUIStyle
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open "UIHelpers.cs" in Assets\Plugins\CodeStage\Maintainer\Scripts\UI\Utils and comment out line 49
3. In the Editor's top menu, select Tools > Code Stage > Maintainer > Show
4. Click on the "Manage Filters" button
Expected result: Rich Text tags are recognized and buttons have colored text
Actual result: Rich Text tags are not recognized
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0a2
Could not test with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1 (errors)

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
This is expected behavior. For the custom styles to work we need to mention a user defined name that is different from pre-defined names.
