"Revert All" button is disabled in the Overrides dropdown menu when having non-applicable properties
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. In the Hierarchy select the “PrefabInstance” GameObject
3. In the Inspector click on the “Overrides” dropdown and observe the result
Expected result: “Revert All” button is enabled
Actual result: “Revert All” button is disabled
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0a14
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
