Resources.Load fails to load TextAsset when it has char 160 (non-breaking space) in it
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Press Play
Expected result: No error
Actual result: NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Reproducible with - 2017.4.26f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.0a15
Not reproducible with - 2019.1.0b1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.3.0a1
