Resizing HUB whilst loading produces black artifacts on the sides when in Light Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Change HUB to Light mode in Preferences > Appearance
2. Close HUB and open it again
3. Resize the window while loading
Actual result: Black sides are produced in the expanded position
Expected result: White color should be used, as with Dark mode no artifacts are produced
Note: The same black artifacts can kind of appear even when the HUB is already loaded, but are not that noticeable
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Ventura 13.4 M1
