Resizing "Create new VFX Asset" window distorts template image
Steps to reproduce:
- Create new Unity Project
- Make sure VFX Graph package is imported to the project
- Create a new Visual Effect Graph
- Once "Create new VFX Asset" window opens up try resizing it
- Observe the image in the window
Actual results: Images appear stretched and scale unevenly when resizing the window
Expected results: Images in window should not appear stretched or distorted when resizing window (UI should be responsive to UI changes)
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9
Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.61f1 ("Create new VFX Asset" window not available)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 (22H2)

Resolution Note:
The image is not distorted, the aspect ratio is preserved but the framing/cropping may change depending on the ration of the window.
