Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Press Help>Report a Bug...
3. Fill in all fields in the Bug Reporter window
4. Send your bug report
5. Open submitted bug in the FogBugz
6. Observe Computer specifications
Expected result: OS is marked as Windows 11
Actual result: OS is marked as Windows 10
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a13
