Replacing an existing prefab with a new instanceRoot will break all references to it and its variants
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project(PrefabBug.zip)
2. Check MyPrefab2. Notice it has links to two other prefabs
3. Run the menu item ReproBug/ReproBug
Reproducible with: 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible with 2017.4 because of differences in Prefab system
Actual results: prefab references are broken
