ReorderableList element that is being dragged has incorrect selection height when the list contains different sized elements
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1178636-ReorderableList.zip")
2. Select "new Example Asset" from Assets
3. Drag the top element in the list
Expected result: while dragging selection size matches the element size
Actual result: while dragging selection size doesn't match the element size
Reproducible in: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
