[RenderingDebugger] Render Graph Execution Error when selecting the Map Overlays Additional Lights Cookie Atlas and STP
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Download attached project and open in Unity.
# Open the Rendering Debugger >> Window >> Analysis >> Rendering Debugger.
# In the Frequently Used section, change Map Overlays to Additional Lights Cookie Atlas.
Observe the Render Graph Execution Error.
*Actual results:* Render Graph Execution Error in the console once the Map Overlays is set to Additional Lights Cookie Atlas.
*Expected results:* No errors in the Console once this map overlay is selected.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.3.0b1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.0f1
