Renderer w/ MaterialPropertyBlock will lose reference to a Texture if that Texture is Reimported while in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted Project and open the "RepoScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In the Project Window find the "ReimportMeWhileGameIsRunning" texture and reimport it
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The Texture stays the same
Actual result: The material loses its reference to the Texture
