Render textures/reflection probes data breaks when download a project from Collaborate/Cloud
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Upload to collaborate
3. Delete the project folder
4. Download project from cloud
Expected result: render texture and reflection data are fine
Actual result: render texture and reflection data is broken/missing
Reproduced on 5.5.3f1, 5.6.0f3
Unable to test 5.4 due to project setup.
Not reproduced on 2017.01.0a6
