[RenderTexture][SSAO] Render texture is not painted in a standalone with SSAO
To reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the scene 'test'
3. Run built project in windowed mode.
4. Push ALT ENTER to get window in fullscreen mode.
5. Collapse window. ( for example ALT+TAB )
6. Restore window.
Occurs when SSAO effect from Standard Imaage Effect package is attached to camera and enabled
