Render Pipeline Converter selected asset counter reports one fewer item when using manual selection
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached project
- Open the Render Pipeline Converter window via Window -> Rendering -> Render Pipeline Converter
- Initialize and open Material converter
- Start manually selecting/deselecting materials
- Observe selected items counter
Actual results: The selected items counter is off by one
Expected results: The selected items counter accurately displays the total number of selected assets
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.29f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11. 6000.2.0a7
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.28f1
