Render Pipeline Converter selected asset counter reports one fewer item when using manual selection
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open the attached project
# Open the Render Pipeline Converter window via Window -> Rendering -> Render Pipeline Converter
# Initialize and open Material converter
# Start manually selecting/deselecting materials
# Observe selected items counter
*Actual results:* The selected items counter is off by one
*Expected results:* The selected items counter accurately displays the total number of selected assets
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.29f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11. 6000.2.0a7
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.28f1
