Render Layer is not working in children of Canvas
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "tEST" scene
3. Notice that there are two cameras: one is showing left another one right
*With left camera you should see red image and left cube
*With right camera you should see green image and right cube
5. However, as Canvas layer is set to Default, both cameras show both images
