Render Graphs Kebab Menu Buttons are missing padding and Highlight is uneven when hovered over
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open a URP Project
# Navigate to Window > Analysis > Render Graph Viewer
# Observe the Kebab menu buttons on the right side of the Render Graph Viewer near "Resource List" and "Pass List"
*Actual results:* Kebab menu buttons don't have padding on the right, when hovered over an uneven highlight can be seen
*Expected results:* Buttons have padding, when hovered over the highlight is even on both sides of the button
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.23f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.50f1 (Different Render Graph Viewer)
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 10/11
