[Regression] TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'BuildObserver' from assembly 'Vuforia.UnityExtensions.Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have AndroidPlayer and VuforiaSupport installed
2. Create a new project or download the one attached by QA
3. Attempt to build using Android platform
-- TypeLoadException for Vuforia BuildObserver is thrown
Reproduced on: 2018.1.0b12, 2018.2.0a4, 2018.2.0a5
Not reproduced on: 2018.2.0a3, 2018.1.0b11
Workaround:
Delete VufforiaSupport
Notes:
1) This occurs for WebGL as well. WebGL Build fails when VuforiaSupport is installed.
2) Its an old issue. Old bug can be found at https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/982794/
