Reflection Probes flicker when Probe Blending is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: No flickering exists
Actual result: Flickering at the edge of the sphere is present
Reproducible with: 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b1

Play Mode
Windows Standalone Player
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note:
- Turning Probe Blending off fixes the issue, but leads to its own artifacts due to the lack of blending
