[Quest] Game View is no longer rendered in the HMD if it's hidden in the Editor when using Meta Link
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "AudioPitchShifter.zip"
2. Switch to Android
3. Connect Meta Link to Quest 2/3/3S
4. Open the "SampleScene.unity" and enter Play Mode
5. Once loaded confirm that the Game View is focused
6. Switch to another tab and hide the Game View window
Expected result: Game View is still rendered in the HMD even if it's hidden in the Editor
Actual result: observe that the Game View goes black in the HMD when it's hidden in the Editor
Reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b3
