Reflection Probes don't blend smoothly on iOS and Android
Smooth Reflection Probe transitions do not work on iOS and Android and on the Editor when switched to these platforms.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Switch the platform to iOS/Android.
3) Open 'scene-1'.
4) Select Cube in the Hierarchy.
5) Change the Transform's position value along the X axis.
The color of the cube should transition smoothly between green and red when approaching one of the two reflection probes in the scene, however, when iOS or Android platforms are selected, it switches color immediately without any effects. This also occurs when the scene is deployed on a device.
Reproduced on:
5.6.0a2, 5.5.0b11, 5.4.2p4
Did not reproduce:
5.3.7f1, 5.2.4f1
