Reflection Probes and Light Groups are not getting updated in the Light Explorer when they are disabled and re-enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "URP default.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Light Explorer
4. Press the Reflection Probes Tab in the Light Explorer window
5. Disable and then enable any Reflection Probe GameObject in the Hierarchy window
6. Observe the Light Explorer window
Expected result: Reflection Probe GameObject appears in the Light Explorer window
Actual result: Reflection Probe GameObject doesn't appear in the Light Explorer window
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a11 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.3.0a11, 2019.4.22f1
Could not test with: 2021.1.0a1 - 2020.1.0a9 (Lights/Reflection Probes/Light Groups are not updated at all when disabled/enabled in the Light Explorer), 2019.3.0a12 (Requires admin rights)
Note:
- If disabling and enabling another Reflection Probe GameObject, the previously disabled one appears in the Light Explorer window
