Reflection Probe previews render reflections in solid grey when the Project contains a specific material file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1280459"
2. Open the "BeautifulDiorama" Scene
3. Select the Reflection Probe (4) and observe the Probe's preview in the Inspector window
Expected result: The probe preview shows accurate reflections of the surrounding
Actual result: Surrounding objects are displayed in solid grey color
Reproducible with: 8.1.0(2020.1.0b10), 9.0.0-preview.14(2020.1.0b10), 9.0.0-preview.71(2020.1.9f1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.1(2019.4.12f1), 8.0.1(2020.1.0b9), 8.2.0(2020.1.9f1), 10.0.0-preview.26(2020.2.0b7)
Could not test with: 2018.4(URP was not yet available)
Fixed in - URP 7.5.1, 8.2.0 and 10.0.0-preview.26
Notes:
1. URP 9.0.0-preview.14 became available in 2020.1.0a23
2. The issue appears to be caused by "OutlineEffect" Material file. If it is deleted, the issue does no longer reproduce
3. Graphics APIs tested - D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan, OpenGLCore
