[Reflect] Unity Reflect Viewer and Dashboard window does not have minimum size and width
Unity Reflect Viewer and Dashboard window does not have minimum size and width. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Reflect Dashboard and Reflect Viewer application
2) Minimize it by dragging from edge
Actual result: Both Reflect Dashboard and Reflect Viewer application windows get minimized completely as they don't have minimum height and width set
Expected result: Both Reflect Dashboard and Reflect Viewer application windows should have minimum height and width set
Occurring in: 2020.2.0a19, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.1.0a1 with Reflect version 1.2.0-preview.26, 1.0.0-preview.11
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
