Redundant empty space on tooltip for 'Cast Shadows' option for Additional Lights
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a Unity URP Project
- Create a new URP Asset via Create > Rendering > URP Asset (with Universal Renderer)
- Select the newly created Universal Render Pipeline Asset
- In the 'Lighting' section, under 'Additional Lights' (not under 'Main Light'), hover over the 'Cast Shadows' option to bring up the tooltip
Actual results: The tooltip has empty space beneath the text

Expected results: There is no empty space on the tooltip beneath the text
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.22f1, 2022.3.48f1, 2021.3.44f1, 7000.0.0a3

Tested on (OS): Windows 10/11
Notes:
- All the other tooltips on the URP Asset do not have this redundant empty space. This is the only one.
