[RectTransform] Scaled UI buttons drifting when it has an Animator with 'Apply root motion' on
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open 'InfoBar 1' scene
3. Notice that InfoBar > Canvas > GameObject has scale of (1.000082, 1.000082, 1.000082) and it's child 'Test' has Animator with Apply root motion on
4. Press play
5. Notice 'Test' game object position is changing
Note: When scale of 'GameObject' is set to different value (for example 1.1, 1.1, 1.1) this does not occur. If Apply root motion is off then this also does not occur.
