RectTransform.sizeDelta.x returns height value if Canvas Render Mode is set to Screen Space - Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "case_1115411-CanvasWidth" project
2. Change the Game View resolution to 200x100 and enter Play mode
3. Observe console
Expected results: Console should print out the screen width value
Actual results: Console prints out the screen height value
Reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.0a4
Note: RectTransform.rect.width also returns the height value with ScreenSpaceCamera Canvas Render Mode.
