Rect Transform Gizmos aren't bound to the center of the Image Game Object and move by contraries to it
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a New Empty Scene
3. Add an Image Canvas
3. Observe the Scene view window
Expected result: Rect Transform Gizmos are bound to the center of the image Game Object and move together with it
Actual result: Rect Transform Gizmos aren't bound to the center of the Image Game Object and move by contraries to it
Reproducible with: 2021.2.1f1, 2021.2.2f2, 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0f1
Notes:
-Turning off the RectTransform gizmos resolves the problem
