"Rect Tool" Blue Draggable Dots disappear when the object is scaled too small
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Create an "UI" -> "Button"
3. Select the "Button"
4. Select the "Rect Tool" (Shortcut 'T')
5. Drag the Blue Dot from one corner close to the other corner
Expected Result: You can still see the Blue Dragable Dots
Actual Result: Due to the size, the Dots disappear
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a1 (76f5a9), 2018.1.0b8, 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.1.3p1
Workaround: Zoom in the Scene view
