[Recorder] Recorder names in the Recorder Window cannot be edited
How to reproduce:
1. Open submitted project (RecorderNames)
2. In the Recorder Window attempt to edit the 'Movie' Recorder name
Expected result: the name can be edited
Actual result: the name cannot be edited
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a12, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.13f1, 2019.1.0a11
Could not test with: 2019.1.0a10(Package Incompatible)
