[Realtime GI][Mobile] Some part of environment lighting is missed on mobiles
To reproduce:
1. Use [Lighting] Mobile FTP project or use project attached by QA
2. Bake lighting for Realtime scene
3. Build and launch on the device
-- There's spining lighting that represents day and night cycle. Observe how part of lighting is dropped during night phase.
Expected result: Bounced light from Realtime GI should be visible on mobiles (exactly the same as in the Editor)
Actual result: Some part of lighting is being missed.

Unity versions - 2018.3.7f1 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a7
Devices: iPhone 8+ iOS 12.1, iPad Air iOS 11.4, iPad Pro 10.5" A10X iOS 10.3.3, Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950F) Mali G-71, Samsung Note 9 (SM-N9600) Adreno (TM) 630
